I am a software developer living and working in wonderful Seattle, WA! I have been a professional developer since 2011. I have experienced a wide variety of work, all the way from microsecond-level trading systems through to front-end design. After trying many different types of development work, I am confident to say C++ is absolutely my preferred language, though these days most of my work is full-stack JavaScript with AI coding agents alongside me.
Currently I am a Senior Software Engineer at Benchmark Star, building energy compliance tools for property owners and managers.
